- Breakdown calls:

In case of breakdown call we will reach your premises within 3 working hours depending upon the time of call.
Most of the defects are rectified on the spot.
- Stand By Units:

In case of major breakdowns in the peripherals, monitors and keyboards necessitating the unit to be taken to our
service center, stand by units shall be privided till such time the unit is made reusable/replaced.
- Duration of the Agreement

This agreement shall remain in force initially for one year from the date of commencement mentioned herein
before (here in after called the Stated Period).
